Happy Feet

Monday, Monday, so good to me; Monday morning, it was MORE than I hoped it would be… especially when I got up at 4:45 am! I had a couple of ‘me hours’ available later that day, so I made an appointment for a foot massage. I have been dealing with an ‘issue’ since a 5k last spring and decided I needed to address it if I was ever going to participate in another one. Actually my foot reminds me each day it needs to be addressed – if you know what I mean. Seventy minutes of ‘bliss’ later I found a new love – no, not the massage therapist, but the cream he used – Heel Genius by Soap and Glory. Soap and Glory has a line of products which use a tagline ‘look better naked’… so, how could it not be the best product line ever – if it works??

And does it ever! It’s easy to use and the next day benefits will be a welcomed surprise for you. Massage a generous layer onto your feet after your bath or shower, slip cotton socks on and let it soak in while you sleep. The very light fragrance of this product is aromatherapy in itself. Product labeling shows it’s a combination of allantoin, glycerin, macadamia oil, menthol, bilberry, orange and lemon fruit acid smoothers. It is a non-greasy formula so there’s no slippin’ and sliddin’ when you put your feet onto the floor.

Heel Genius will make your feet silky soft – just like a baby’s skin. Also, I have noticed that its moisturizing effect last for at least 2-3 days. Now that the temps have cooled I wear boots or ballerinas most days, but I can’t wait to wear open toed sandals on the next sunny and warm day.

Heel Genius by Soap and Glory is available at Sephora in their stores or online. Treat yourself to an ahhhh moment on Monday or any day of the week as your own massage therapist or book an appointment with your own masseur. Either way, you will have Happy Feet!

Be so happy today even your toes will smile. – Unknown
