All About the Eyes

The holidays are on the way with stores decking the halls and gearing up for all the shoppers who have Santa’s list in their hands.  Beauty products are on display through area department stores and many are wrapped so you can buy and go… McDonalds version of “take out’ as it were.

Since I am always all about the ‘eyes’ I am excited about Jane Iredale’s Eye Shere Liquid Eye Shadow!  I received a sample of two of their eight color choices and fell in love at first touch of my shadow brush.  Eye Shere glides on like silk and is long-wearing as in it stayed on and in place the entire day!  And no creases!

This silky formula adds a slight sparkle to your lids yet it is so smooth and luxurious it leaves a flawless finish that lasts. Start by applying 2-3 dots with the wand to your lid and blend it with the tip of your ring finger. Since minerals are highly pigmented you just need a little product.

Eye Shere is available in eight colors: Opal Silk, Brown Silk, Gold Silk, Champagne Silk, Aqua Silk, Grey Silk, Peach Silk and Pink Silk. Since it is buildable, I combined Champagne and Brown and then used my Dior shadow in warm cream to highlight the top of my eyelid and brow. Some of these shades are available at Nordstrom, but I ordered my Eye Shere from JaneIredale.com where all eight shades are available.  The price points are good and best of all you get free shipping on each order!

It’s time for us to get ready for the holidays and have some fun doing it.  Treat yourself to a facial so all your products go on smoothly.  Then add some new products to your beauty bag like I did and get ready to light up the night!
