What’s Green In My Brown Eyes?

Holiday Parties are popping up everywhere and like you, my calendar is full.  You have had your facial and perhaps an air brush tanning, so you skin is ready and glowing amidst the twinkle lights.  But what about your eyes?  Are they ready to twinkle as well?

I have become a huge fan of Bobbie Brown’s Long-wear Cream Shadow Stick.  It is as much fun to wear as it is to apply as Anthony Stravio, Education Coordinator for Bobbie Brown showed me on a recent visit to Sephora.  Until I met Anthony only one other person had mentioned the ‘green flecks’ in my dark brown eyes, so I asked him how to show it off since I never, ever wear green.  (It’s just not on my color wheel along with brown and orange, I might add.)  Highlight my eyes he suggested with his favorite – a Bobbie Brown shadow stick in Forest Green.  What can I say? I am in love with this new look for my eyes!

This long-lasting, waterproof eye shadow glides on so easy. You can shade or define your eyes or even smudge one or two shades together for a smoky look to highlight your eyes with this do-it-all eye shadow formula. Since it contains its own primer it glides onto your lids tug-free and is completely waterproof.  And what’s even more fun – you can choose from subtle to eye-popping with over 15 shades that last for up to eight hours without creasing, flaking, or fading. I’ve bought several and had fun mixing the colors, much like the Bobbie Brown Lipstick Pallet we discussed in a previous post.

So go for the Bobbie Brown look and add a little sparkle to your holiday eyes and your smile.  You never know… Santa may just be watching so just be a little bit naughty and a whole lot nice!

Smiling is definitely one of the best beauty remedies. If you have a good sense of humor and a good approach to life, that’s beautiful. —Rashida Jones
